I took my C250 in for its B Service. It was discovered that I needed to replace my battery. Don left a message for me to call him but for some reason it didn’t come through. After a couple hours Don asked his assistant to call me and explain what was found. He gave me all the pertinent information and I said to go ahead and replace the battery. As always, everything was handled in a very professional manner. I’m always happy with the service here.

The service for my 2022 Mercedes EQS WAS GOOD. BUT i has another 2023 Mercedes EQS currently least for 2 years from 3/2024 to 3/2026 . . Recently it has 2 flat tires left side front and back.. no service . I assume under least contract.mercedes dealer should cover. It is Mercedes property. I have to deal with this matter

Took my 2015 E250 (diesel) here due to excessive vibration. They suggested I start with replacing the transmission mount first to see if that was what’s causing it and they were correct. It definitely was the main reason and resolved most of the vibration. Our Benz is 10 years old now and I’ll be taking it back to have the motor mounts also replaced at some point too. This dealership provides exceptional service. They could have replaced the motor mounts first which would have been at a significantly higher cost. I took my 2016 E400 in for service A. I asked them to check the brakes (80+ thousand miles) and replace them if needed. They inspected them and said I didn't need new brakes. Other dealers would have just replaced them. Service A was completed, and the car was cleaned and ready in one day.

Just moved to Salem (from Scottsdale, AZ) and had our car shipped. When I got it off the trailer I noticed a pretty strong vibration right away when sitting at idle. Called and was given an appointment right away. When I arrived for my appointment I was immediately greeted and introduced to my service manager.
