We bought our sprinter van sight unseen from M-B of Salem because we had a plan to have it built into a camper in Portland OR. Eli and Brian were our "point people" at M-B of Salem and they did an awesome job of keeping us informed of the process, getting us updates, and arranging to get the van to the camper van builders.
